How to Get Paid What You're Worth

There's no relationship between the amount of money you receive and the amount of time spent on your efforts.

It used to bother me that some people get paid more in a day than others do in a year.

It wasn't until I started surrounding myself with high earners that it fully clicked for me, the reason some people are paid so much more is because they provide more value in a day than others do in a year.

It's a good thing that these people are rewarded for what they do. So, do you want to get rich? Want to know how? Two things: 1. Provide more value 2. Surround yourself with other people who provide value

The biggest mindset shifts have always come to me from going to live events and talking with mentors. Why? Because i'm literally surrounded by high achievers who are all there to increase their value.
