4)I look forward to meet you.                                              I look forward to meeting you.
5)I was living in England for 29 years.                             I lived in England for 29 years.
6))We went to the cinema yesterday and did see a film.         
We went to the cinema yesterday and saw a film.(Yesterday is finished time, so we must use the past tense of the verb: we 'went' to the cinema and 'saw' a film.)
7)I'm very interested with politics.             I'm very interested in politics.(to be interested 'in' something)
8)I'm not very good in English.                  I'm not very good at English.(to be good 'at' something)
9)Had you a nice evening yesterday?     Did you have a nice evening yesterday?
(Past simple questions use the structure: did + subject + infinitive)
10)On Saturday I was shopping.              On Saturday I went shopping
(For one finished action in the past we use the past simple.)

Sweet Quarrels

One day Mulla Nasruddin quarrelled with his wife. He shouted at her till she could not bear it and fled to her neighbor's house.The Mulla followed her there. The neighbors managed to placate the angry husband and served the couple tea and sweetmeats.When they returned to their house some time later, they began quarreling again. When Nasruddin began shouting at her, his wife again opened the door to run out.
