Six days ago I employed a university graduate to work with my company. She was given a few instructions as per the company’s policies among which is that we don’t use social media at work.
That was Monday and by Friday, she was caught scrolling through the Instagram and Facebook and she was fired immediately. Why was she fired? Well, she broke the company’s law.
But why don’t we give her a second chance?
Well, let the truth be told, we don’t care about her. We care only about our business and its growth.
