How to make your dreams a reality

Everyone dreams but only a few turn dreams into reality. Is there a way by which one can realise dreams? Celebrated ace fashion designer Wendell Rodricks shares his secret of how to make dreams, a reality. He narrates his life journey from a chawl in Mumbai to the fashion capital in Paris to the Museum that he is setting up, in the process unveiling a step by step guide to turn dreams into reality. Ace fashion designer, writer, activist, Padmashree awardee and recipient of the French Knighthood in the Order of Arts and Letters, he is considered one of the sculptors of the first India Fashion Week in 2000. An author of three books and contributing writer to over a dozen books, Wendell Rodricks has also written for magazines like Femina, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Marie Claire. His work celebrates the state of Goa with all its culture. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
